The Gifting Process
- SelectChoose your denomination and purchase securely through our Square gifting portal. The e-gift card is delivered to your recipient’s inbox instantly, or scheduled for a specific date.
- PresentThe recipient receives a beautiful digital card featuring a unique redemption code. No account creation required.
- ExperienceThe value can be applied directly toward any of our precision services, including meticulous e-file manicures, extensions, or smart pedicures.
Please Note: Because all appointments are reserved exclusively for one client with a master technician, our standard 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy applies to gift card bookings. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service, which will be deducted from the gift card balance.

Common questions
Can I use a gift card to book online?
Yes. When scheduling through our Square online portal, enter your unique gift card code at checkout. If you encounter any technical issues, contact the studio via text or email prior to your appointment time and we’ll apply it manually.
Does it cover the full service?
Up to the card value. If the service total exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount is due at the appointment.
Can I buy for a specific service rather than a dollar amount?
Gift cards are issued in dollar amounts. The recipient applies the value toward whichever service they book.
Does it expire?
Gift cards are issued and managed by Square. Expiration and fees, if any, are governed by Square’s Gift Card Terms. Aetheria gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What about the cancellation policy for gift card holders?
Our standard policy applies. Cancellations or changes inside 24 hours may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, deducted from the gift card balance.
